Having Fun To Achieve Weight Loss |

About six months ago, I realized that I had put on some serious weight. I am not quite sure how it happened, but I knew that I had to lose the extra pounds somehow. However, I have always hated working out and I have never been able to stick to strenuous diets. My husband came up with the idea of having fun to achieve my weight loss goal.
We began by going on hiking day trips and almost right away, I began to see my weight loss beginning. After I was able to get through moderately hard hikes without almost dying at the end, my husband and I started to up the difficulty of our adventures. My goal was on the horizon and I was well on my way to achieving it.
These days, my husband and I go hiking and camping every other weekend and I have maintained the weight loss that I achieved while learning to love nature and exercise. I am truly a sporty girl now and I love my new and improved body. I have never felt so healthy in my life and I attribute my life change to the simple desire to lose a little weight.
