I have a friend who has always been a bit too "new age" for my taste, so there were many times that I did not take beauty or health advice from her seriously. Recently, I found myself regretting my harsh judgment in a very big way. There were countless times that she had mentioned using essential oil products to me and I had let her words go in one ear and out the other. Then one day, I went to see my beautician. She used an amazing product on me and I had to know what it was. When she told me that it was an essential oil cleanser, I felt so silly. She wrote down the name of the products for me and I went on my way.

The first thing that I did when I got home, was call my friend and apologize to her. The second thing I did, was go online to my favorite superstore and purchase the essential oil cleanser that had been used on me earlier that day. I can not believe that I did not know about the many healing qualities of essential oils and how many types of products they are in. I have started a small collection of products that have oils in them since that day and I have noticed a serious and obvious change in my health and appearance.

I learned a very big lesson from all of this; do not be judgmental and do not knock something before you give it a chance. I am a huge believer in the power of essential oils now and I continue to use products containing them every day.
